I would rate this item and one of the best bangs for the buck on the internet. Fantastic computer up and running since purchased without a flaw. Great customer service at HP.

I got my computer in about 4 buisness days! I hooked it up and was running and on the internet in about 15 minutes. This machine is very fast and certainly worth the money. I would reccomend this machine to anyone I know.

I was a little skeptical ordering a computer and not knowing exactly what I was getting. I was able to contact a representative by phone and asked several questions. The representative than forwarded my questions to the appropriate Department. I received an e-mail within an hour. According to the other reviews, this computer is excellent. I totally agree. For a refurbished computer, it operates like a brand new computer. It does not comes with a booklet. If you know computers, you would not miss the booklet. Windows XP Professional is already loaded on it. It took me less than 30 minutes to get everything going. Thank you Overstock.

For a refurbished product, it worked right away right out of the box. The speed on this unit is great but I wished it came with more instructions on the programs I should make a backup disk. But overall, I'm very pleased with product and would buy it again. The price for this unit was also excellent and the product was delivered in two business days.
