PC Lockups
Shortly after setting the PC up, we started to experience intermittent lockups. We first noticed it after plugging in USB drives to copy over data from our old PC. This led us to believe that the issue might be the USB drive itself. After awhile (a month’s worth of on and off troubleshooting) we noticed that whenever the PC locked up, if we jiggled a cable (any cable) in the IO ports on the back of the PC it would start responding again. Not sure if we can return it at this point as, due to busy schedules and (at first) intermittent nature of the lockups , we did not identify the PC itself as the issue until well after the 30day return policy. Unfortunately the frequency of the problem has increased and has made the PC unusable. Would not recommend buying a referbed PC…

Decent computer
Worked well, but was only 506 RAM instead of the listed 512, so it didn't meet program requirements. Case was extremely difficult to open to add RAM, but overall happy with purchase

Very good!
I'm very happy with this purchase. It was really cost effective and it has a one year warranty so either way I feel like I will get my money out of it. It runs very fast, I was really surprised because it's a 1999-2000 model. I've had no problems with it at all and the integrated speakers are wonderful! The only drawback I can think of is the size. It's big, bulky and pretty heavy, which isn't always a bad thing but it's hard to fit all my components on my desk :)
