I received the computer in 3 to 4 days and it worked good.I like the computer a lot but I did not get What was ordered.It was ordered because it said it had 1024 mb's of memory but when I got it It only had 512 mb's of memory.I had to order more memory to be able to use it the way I wanted to. Other then that I am satisfied and will by more computers. Ken P. ******

Order the computer on November 3rd.Recieved on November 10th. Computer stop Reconizing keyboard and mouse. Got new keyboard and mouse,still don't work. Hp wedsite is no help. don't waste your money

comming from having a computer from the ice age that took 5 minutes to connect to the enternet, this computer is alot faster than what i am used to. it was a little dirty when i took it out of the box. i realize it is rufurbished but i still expexted it to look a little cleaner. overall i am pleased with this product. good price and i recieved it in a timely manor.
