Awesome compter
Haven't had any trouble whatsoever with my laptop. So long as my wifi signal is strong, downloads are very quick and easy. The only complaint I have is that I wish it would have came with Windows 7, however I knew going into this purchase that it didn't. Very good computer and I would definitely recommend to a friend.

Inoperable
This product arrived in good shape but the CD Player would not work. The refubisher (Metro PC) sent a new on out, in 7 days, and it would not work either. I was then told to send the entire unit back to them and they would send me another laptop. I waited for the UPS label that I was told that I was being emailed and when I did not receive it I sent the unit back to Overstock. Spoke to Michael in Customer Service and he was very helpful and sent the RMA forms and all very quickly. I subsequently purchased an HP laptop at Best Buy. This is the first bad experience I have had with Overstock, all other purchases have been excellent service and support. Don't buy this product unless you are willing to put up with the problems.

Very good bargain
This is a great bargain for price. No problems at all. We're very pleased with the purchase.

Not Recommended Title
It was advertised as having an Intel Duo 2.0 GHz processor. Instead it came with a Centrino 2.0, not a duo at all. It was ordered to be a gift and by the time I got it and discovered the procesor was a cheaper less powerful one it was to late to return it and get a replacment in time to present the gift. I'm not sure I would have even been able to get one with the correct processor. It came with a new Operating System "Authentic" Windows fone or WIndows XP but they did not even take the time to remove the old WIndows ME sticker which there was a note in the box saying it was no longer valid and to disregard it. WIth the lessor processor it is not worth but about half of what I paid for it.

Bought as a gift for mother. Will get it at Christmas. Has everything she needs and more. took me 5 minutes to have everything set up for wifi internet and off it went. Would recomend to anyone that needs for standard computer use.
