Pretty good for the price
I like the HP and was happy to find a new (refurbished) one for so cheap on Overstock. It's a great laptop but the spacebar sticks sometimes and makes a squeaking sound each time it's hit. It doesn't bother me but drives my husband nuts.

A mirage
This laptop looked like the machine of my dreams for travel. I thought it would be easy to cart around and offer enough memory to support my work programs. After just 6 weeks, I began receiving a Bios error when I turn on the computer. Seems to be an error with the OS and my technician is going to reload the system completely. I will never purchase a refurbished machine again. Even a lesser model brand new would have lasted me longer than 60 days before reloading it. Nothing but trouble here. Be careful!!! Also, lots of bells and whistles but no web camera.

- Please tell us about the quality of the product. The product was mostly in tact. We had to push several keys back in place when we received it and now there's a Bios issue

Defective Laptops!
First laptop came to us defective from the get go (Dell). We wanted a replacement rather than a refund but the second laptop is defective as well (HP)!!!!!!! Now we are getting a refund and getting a laptop from somewhere else.

piece of junk
this computer looks like they just took it off someones desk and throwed it in a box and shipped it. no paper work, no instructions. power cord balled up and thrown in box. never order here again!
