This unit shut down twice the first time I powered it up. I used it for a short time. It performed perfectly. Now it keeps cycling the startup screen over an over and won't come on normally. I would like to exchange this for a different unit.

My overall view of this computer model is: it is an inexpensive way to have a desktop pc if you can deal with the "loud, screaming noise of the fan."

Very happy with the pc - has enough "stuff" to accomodate MS Office apps, Itunes, other music, pics, etc. and run well. Only drawback is that the fan is a little loud - sounds like a plane might be taking off down the street when it comes on. Overall - great buy for the price... and I'll take XP over Vista anyday.

Computer was great but came with no instruction manual. When I inquired about it, they emailed me a 65 page manual which I had to print up at my own expense. Other than that fine.
