The battery for this computer will not hold a charge and I cannot get any satisfaction or replacement on it. Customer service? NO! Try getting through or getting an email answered. nope
This laptop was a refurbish.I was a little dissappointed it had some scratches on top and some wear on the mouse button.I considered returning it.But once I used it, I was so pleased with the speed and features, that I changed my mind.I would recommend buying this unit.We are very pleased.
Good product at a good price with prompt delivery. Some wear is evident but cosmetic only. Display and graphics are tack sharp, response is excellent. Windows XP is preinstalled, this system is 100% operational as delivered and doesn't have any of the *junk* that vendors load up on new systems.
I was kind of skeptical about ordering a refurbished laptop, however when it arrived it was in very good condition, it only had a few minor scatches on the front of the laptop. I booted it and it performed to my satisfaction. I have only used it once because this is a christmas gift for my 8 yearold son and I know he will love it. This laptop will be perfect for him to do his homework and surf the net.
