Our old office laser printer was wearing out. We found this one to be as fast with our daily volume needs. The cd that came with it had all the drivers on it. No manual was included, but I called Overstock.com and they sent a .pdf of the entire manual which we now have for reference. It installed rapidly on our office network. The printer is quiet and much faster than we expected. We bought the service guarantee to be on the safe side. We got HP quality at a fraction of the price--a great value. The office could not be more pleased.
