The first unit arrived with shipping damage and we received a full replacement without too much trouble, and the second unit performed as expected. We were pleased with the prompt and professional manner that the damage was handled.

This printer is, in my opinion, the most reliable model HP has produced to date. It was the third model of this engine cycle and has proven to be a real winner. I own a company that services and repairs Laser Printers, so I have got 17 years of hands-on experience in this area. I was researching a purchase for one of my customers when I found the listing for this printer, so being this was such a great deal, not only did my customer buy two of them, I bought one for my own use. Some problems were encountered with the units purchased by my customer (broken duplexers) and the issue is still being resolved, but printer and options were all fine. It would be nice if they had included the page counts of their refurb. printers, though. Anyone looking for a real workhorse with a very good track record for repairs, this is an excellent choice. I have sent my customers to Overstock.com in the past, but first time I have purchased from them.

The printer is great...delivery time very slow & a part of the machine was damaged. I never returned it because i don't need to use that feature. Anyway its a great machine I LOVE it!
