I'm a true fan of HP Printers. They are workhorses and have very long lives. This printer really installed itself after I inserted the DVD into the reader. It was so fast I thought something was wrong. But I printed a document and it worked instantly. It prints without hesitating, is relatively quiet, doesn't jam and the print quality is excellent. If you want a printer that will serve you well, needs no care and will pay for itself in a short period time, this is the printer for you. Highly recommend it!

I did not order the printer - another person at our office ordered for me. The only thing I was not aware of was that the printer did not come with a starter printer cartridge. This delayed my printing. Aside from that, the printer has worked out perfectly.
