Satisfied buyer
The Guillemot Hercules Dualpix Webcam has been a wonderful purchase for our family and has worked very well in allowing us to stay in contact with our oldest daughter who just left for college.

returning after 4 mos
After 4 mos of using item, turned it on one day and there are lined areas different shades of me on the screen - so basically it looks like the top is clear and the middle with another shade of color and the bottom with a darker shade. This item was never dropped (I am the only one using it at home) .... it was nice and clear the first time i used it ... I am kinda sad I'm returning it .... it was easy to install (I am not a pro with computers) ,value for the quality on screen is great too except mine just decided to be "shady". There's no harm in trying the product maybe i just got a defective one but make sure you get the protection plan coz I am glad I did and returning it is easy too..... good luck!

After reading other buyers reviews i opted for this one. the price was good compared to stores in our area, of course shipping was quick. instalation was sooooo simple, just plugged it in and the computer did the rest. works great...the only downside i found is that at times there is 'feedback' in the sound and i can't seem to find a way to quell the noise but other than those occassions, we are completely satisfied with our purchase!!

easy to install, great convient package and well labeled cords for easy plug in to the correct laptop ports. light weight and nice small headset that is not distracting to the participants in the chats even kids can wear them and the mic is very sensitive and picks up the smallest of voices. Lets my family keep in touch audio and video. Thanks for offering great products.

no built in mic
I returned this because I assumed it had a built in mic. I sure liked it's features and quality but couldn't live with the wired mic and headset after getting used to built in mics.
