this product is fine, except it does not fit the ipod nano. maybe i should have realized this, but it would helpful if the details specified which ipod this piece fits on.

This doesnt work with a video Ipod so dont buy if you have one.

it did not specify what genertation ipod it was for and it does not work for my 5th generation ipod... it was a waste of money because now what am i gonna do with it.

Griffin says this is compatible with all Ipods with a Dock connector - but it really isn't. Now I have something else for the garage sale. Overstock was great - super fast shipping, and this isn't their fault.

I had the same problem as the reviewer below. This product does not work on the 5th generation video ipods so only purchase if you have an older version.
