I order this knowing it was a refurbished product! I can honestly say I am super happy! Nothing was wrong with the product and the product arrived quickly! I am a very happy camper!

This item does not work if you have a bumper case on your iphone. You will need to take it off and iphone may still pop out of holder. Looks great but not functional.

this mount kit comes with brackets for all model ipods/iphones. The piece that suctions to the windshield has been working very well. there is a knob that you turn to increase/decrease the suction level. i would recommend this product to anyone. The bracket which secures the ipod is the reason why i've given the rating four stars...it doesn't grip as well as it should.

I was unable to mount the system using the suction cup despite numerous attempts. Did not come with any instructions or troubleshooting tips. There's no use for a dasg mounting system that won't, you know, mount on the dash, so I had to return it.

I cannot get the device to stick to the window, keeps falling off. However the mount also came with a double sided sticker I can permanently stick it with, not sure thats the route I want to go though.

Product works great and stays on during temp changes even includes an audio cord, good buy!

I couldn't get the suction cup to stick to the windshield. I couldn't even get it to stick to the disk provided for mounting it on the dashboard. The plastic extension arms would have barely allowed it to get to the right position, anyway. It felt cheap and not well made. One positive note, however: I was able to take the iPhone holder, with the extension arm and velcro that to the dashboard. It works great, sits in the perfect spot, and is easy to set up and put away. Throw away the base and keep the top!
