I don't know if this is a typical problem but when I first received my case the package had already been opened and tape was holding it all together. When I actually tried to use the product it did not fit my ipod. I don't know if this is a one time thing or maybe a defect but I am definitely returning this product.

The case works as advertised. I am happy with it. I don't use the clip, though, as it seems more suitable with backpacks or purses and not belts.
