works well
For the price this works really well. I live in Seattle and the default scanning using US frequencies only provided static, however, if you switch to EU frequency you can choose a station under 88 and it works without static. It might be my low quality speaker system in my car, but I do have to turn up the volume a bit more than expected, but for the price I absolutely do not regret my purchase. To switch to EU, you need to press the function button then press and hold down mode for about 10 seconds to see the EU option. After selecting EU you can choose a station under 88 - no static - wonderful option instead of a pricier install. The great bonus is the car charger and it sits up nicely so I can see my iPhone menu and driving directions when I use maps.

Refurbished Car Charger was like new
Was kind of skeptical about buying the car charger since it was refurbished, but the price was so good that couldn't pass it up. It came in and it looked brand new! We have been using it for a month now and haven't had any problems.

This is by far the best refurbished Griffin Road Trip iPhone FM Transmitter Car Charger that I have ever used. We listen to iTunes on our iPod touch and Iphone4. I would buy this again.

Works as expected. I had a Belkin before this for an Ipod Nano and I paid *** for it. This was much more reasonably priced and works much better! I love it.

great value for a great product
I had never bought anything like this before, but on recommendation of friends the Griffin name was suggested. I searched Overstock and found this model for a much better price than I anticipated. It connects easily to the car, and the sound quality through the car's sound system is great. It comes with a variety of adapters to allow your iphone or ipod to sit more securely, but I use it without the adapter and it works fine.

Piece of junk
Didn't work for me. As soon as I hooked up my Iphone to the transmitter, I received an error message saying that this accessory is not supported by Iphone. I waited a while to see if it still worked, and it did for about two weeks, until finally it stopped working all together in the past few days. I am gonna return it asap, and get something probably more expensive that will, at least, fulfill the purpose :(
