Didn't work ,Had to return it. Didn't come with all its pieces

This product works great and was a great value. However I do have one major concern. While I was setting up the product, I encountered some problems. When I tried to contact the company service dept that was listed on the documentation that came with the product, I learned that neither the 800 number nor the web site listed were operational. Leads me to believe that the company no longer exists. Therefore my concern is, what do I do if sometime down the road I have problems with the product and I can not contact the company for warranty issues? I did find a web site of electronics experts that answered just about any question about the product, but it still did not give an address of the company, if I had to return the product.

Though it is a little complicated to figure out, and that could just be me, it is a great product to have.
