The good of the board is that it has about everything you could need for a large work and production type system. The bad is that the internal video failed after a day, which I was able to get working again after 2 BIOS updates. Furthermore, the RAID controller constantly gave me trouble and lost my mirror when I moved it over. Thankfully I had everything backed up on 3 other external drives. This board, if it worked properly, would be a great deal. And unfortunately because I've already installed and activated all of my software I'll just have to wait for the replacement, which I got from Newegg this time, no offense to Overstock, but I've got a month of free 2 day shipping to use up there. Yesterday afternoon at 2:18 PM I ordered something that's already arrived this early AM, and since Newegg has lousy service otherwise (especially compared to Overstock), I thought I'd use the 2 day free shipping to get the board quickly and free and return this one to Overstock - which is $1 cheaper and it looked like no tax, but I can't risk waiting a week, and I'll pay more for shipping than the tax. I was excited about this board and all it has to offer, but wasn't all that excited about the performance. And the BIOS interface is much less capable than those of Asus or MSI. I was hoping after several bad Asus experiences that I could avoid the issue with Gigabyte, but it seems that ALL of the boards have 4 star reviews and if you get a good one you're just one of the 20% who didn't.
