I am truly disappointed that first when following the instructions that Gateway.com provided the power button fell out of the Netbook. It went back in, but it has yet to start. When questioning Gateway and Acer who refurbhished the machine the warrethy was said to not exist. After spending nearly $57 for a 2 year warrenty on top of the machines purchase price I was disapointed and angry that nearly $300+ has been spent on an item that has yet to work. Check out reviews before purchasing these types of items.

- Please tell us about the quality of the product. well since it refuses to start and power button fell out when first touched I would say quality is poor and warrenty was money spent and useless.

The product was as stated and shipping was excellent. Daughter uses the netbook for surfing and it works well.
