Outstanding Piece of Equipment
I got it right before leaving on a 1350 mile driving vacation. It was intuitive enough so I could use it on the trip without even reading the manual. After returning home I looked over the manual to pick up fine points of operation. It is very clear and easy to read. The colors are bright. Different views of maps and directions are excellent. I received prompts well in advance of turns I had to make. Directions were repeated two to three times prior to making changes in directions. Directions were detailed enough to advise that when entering new highway to stay in the left lane and turn again in 500 ft., as an examle. I love using it.

Garmin 650 GPS
great product..Love it.. went on a 320 mile trip right after getting the GPS and I didn't have to worry about a thing.. love if I make a wrong turn or don't turn at all, almost immediately it will tell me as well as chart a new route immediately also love how I can find restaurants, parks, etc after putting in a specific town.. great thing to use to find different places to explore I explored websites and stores for the cheapest price for this item..overstocks was the cheapest until after I bought it found one site that is was cheaper but overall, I can't complain and it arrived when promised by overstock.com

great deal!
I researched GPS systems for the last 2 months and decided to spend a couple extra bucks and get the best! I love the ease of operation, clarity and size of the screen (4.3") and added features this model has. It is so accurate. I wear glasses for reading and do NOT need them for the GPS. I only wish I had bought it sooner! The overstock price saved me over $200! I love it!!

Garmin Nuvi 650
Very easy to use. The bigger screen is also a plus when driving. It did take a day or two to get used to, but it is a FABULOUS product. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Garmin Nuvi 650
I have a factory installed GPS unit in my Honda Accord. To me, the Nuvi is not as user friendly as the Honda unit. I am sure that part of the reason is my familiarity with the Honda system. However, I was familiar with the operation of GPS units when I got the Nuvi so it was easy to transition to the Nuvi.. It is a usable, reliable unit and it was rated number 2 when I searched the Consumer Reports online reviews. The Nuvi 750 was number 1. I am satisfied with it, but I will replace it in a couple years when improved units become available.

I used the system on holidays in the canadian rockies and it worked great. The only fault I found was the instructions did not give enough detail for this 0ld fella. Thanks

Great unit
EAsy to use out of the box. I have a factory unit in my Caddy STS I compared the routes on a trip, i liked the way the Garmin took me. I would like the Garmin to tell me the name of the street I'm on, the Caddy does that. The maps are large and easy to glance at. I wanted this unit because I have a classic car and a pick-up. I got the MP3 player in this unit for the classic car. I also purchased a second mount from the GPS store with a carry case to go from the pick up to the classic car . You need to purchase SD card for large amounts of music

Great Unit
Bought the Garmin Nuvi 650 because we travel a lot for business and pleasure. On our most recent trip from Denver to Houston the 650 performed GREAT!!! Easy to enter your destination, recalculates quickly if you go off track, hotel and restaurant features work well, trip calculator and other features make the unit outstanding. Especially like that the unit "talks" to you. For the price we paid at Overstock.com you can't beat this one. GET IT!!!
