I purchased this Garmin GPS as a gift for my husband. He absolutely loves it! It could not be easier to use. I have a built in navigation system in my car, and after using the Garmin in my husband's car, I will not be getting a built in system again. Built ins are very expensive and are not as easy to use as the Garmins. I have never purchased a refurbished product before for fear that it would have something wrong with it. Never again will I be afraid. Our GPS is perfect and I am thrilled with the money I saved.

This comes up under a GPS Bluetooth search - it does not have bluetooth! After reading the description and before I purchased I checked w/the online staff - who verified it had BT. If ur not looking for BT would be fine. Now sending it back. Disappointed but Overstock handled it well and professionally.

I recently made a long trip and relied on the Garmin to get me from place to place. It worked quite well but you also need to use common sense to avoid going off on some crazy path. I recommend charting your trip before heading out so you can find the preferable route. Garmin directed me through major cities where as I opted for perimeter routes to avoid congestion. Also, many restaurants listed in food searches were no longer in business or not at the location once you arrived. Without the Garmin, my trip would have been much more exhaustive and tedious with the need to constantly stop and ask for directions. They are a great companion in unfamiliar territory for locating food, fuel and shopping. BTW, you can't trust online map sources which is what prompted my purchase.

Have not had this product for very long but have used several times and am very pleased with it. Was also concerned that it was re-furbushed but have not had any issues. Very good value for the cost. Would also recommend the dashboard mount, as the suction cup it comes with does not work.

I knew I was buying a refurbished model, but didn't think the maps would be over a year old and need updating first thing. I guess that service is not done at the same time it was refurbished. It works fairly well at finding addresses however, it did not find or acknowledge an address that was over 20 years old. It did not offer my card lock gas station as an option either in general query along with others,or specifying by name. When we asked for restaurants in the area we were given a large selection, a few of which were no longer in business. When we did pick one we had to drive there not knowing until we arrived if they were still in business or not . Needless to say it was not a huge help out of town which is why I felt it would be a good purchase . It is easy to use,read, and has some good options . Definately disappointed in the outdated maps, even after the update .

Garmin makes a great GPS. You can change the voice that tells you where to go. I chose Jack, the Aussie man. Some of the roads around here have odd names that the pheonitic pronunciation is so off from the correct name, jack was the easiest to understand. My only issue is the maps have to be updated yearly and it is pretty costly to do this.

I bought this product as refurbished and it worked for about 1,5 years. But the product itself is very good. I would absolutelly recommend this, but you have to BUY AS NEW.

This seemed great for a while...but I neede dto upgrade the maps soon in ...and when i did that...everyhting went nuts...wasn't able to change the state I was in and since I am in 3 different states all the time...that made using this a night mare AFTER updating the maps... A friend gave me another one as his car has one built in...so I' ve moved on frm this one... I've had other refurbished items that were much better quality...

I found this garmin as a birthday present for my father. he wanted GPS and I looked into getting it installed into his jeep GC but that was $1200. This unit does the same thing that the installed unit does and he can take it with him when his lease is up! Great deal.

Arrived in good shape. Have used the product for one weekend and the local map is good so far. The voice is easy to understand and the map appears to be error free (so far). Bought to use in UK and Ireland, so have purchased an appropriate map chip. Hope that it is as good as the US local map.

Easy to set up and use, but I wish the volume went higher. My suction cup is useless, but that's so minor that I don't mind. This has allowed me to finally relax when I drive anywhere new. Great value for the price!

I have never been disappointed with my purchases from Overstock. This purchase is a continuaton of making good choices.

this is a very good product. i have used it for the past 3 weeks and have been real happy with it. my only complant is that some times it is not telling me the correct rout, it is the right direction, just not using the correct road name.

This Garmin model is great. A friend of mine purchased one and knew I had to order one for my family. Nice large screen, easy to use and great quality for a refurbished product. I would highly recommend to anyone who is considering purchasing one.

Does the job excellently as a GPS.However, it also has capability to download Audio Books and music....unfortunately, most Audio books take up too much space so I couldn't download any.And...truth be told....I see no sense in using my GPS as an MP3 player. I'd either get a REAL MP3 player OR just listyen to my radio.Turns out this GARMIN has too many "bellls & whistles"

I am very happy with my Garmin - it's a gift for my mother. It's easy to use - and the price was right. They sent the wrong charger for it - but were very quick to remedy the problem. The live chat feature is great! I would totally recommend this - and already have - to a friend!

I have purchased refurbished items from Overstock before and have not been dissapointed! I ordered this GPS system and I am very happy with it! It's easy to install (plug it in to your cigarette lighter and it turns on by it's self). It is very easy to move around and have fun with!!

hesitant to buy referbished, but seems to work perfectly.
