This device is easy to use as it doesn't have a lot of menu's. I had a TomTom previously and think the Nuvi maps are more up to date. I have had difficulty getting the device to turn off. I also left it plugged into my cigarette lighter while listening to the radio in my car and it drained my battery. I had to have my car towed. Be wary if you have a Prius because the battery system is complicated and is apparently easily drained. Otherwise, I am very pleased with the product and would purchase again.

I used this GPS and it was wonderful. I forgot to follow the purple line on the screen and missed my turns, but the system recalculated my direction and got me back on course. I Liked that it uses direct routes to my destination, but sometimes it can run you into stalled traffic, but the system will recalculate your route to get you moving. In Manhattan, NY the buildings are sometimes too tall for this GPS, and it loses satelite signals frequently, but the good news is that, it keeps the street on the screen that you're supposed to make a left or right turn on so you can continue your route. Loved it and definitely recommend this product.

This was my first GPS, and I don't know how I survived without it! I get lost in my own neighborhood and wasted lots of money and time trying to find myself. This Garmin is very easy to use and reduces my tension tremendously. It is a terrific value.

This is a great navigator! Works great in city areas, can set multiple destinations within one trip, I have yet to have a problem. The one thing I can¿t figure out is downloading different voices for the navigator. The standard women¿s voice is no problem, but I wanted some funny unique ones from the website. There is none. That is a small non-problem, though. I love the product, and would highly suggest it!

I bought it for my husband valentine's present and he loved it!! A very complete kit. The GPS itself is easy to operate, image is neat. I would recommend this device.
