Garmin Nuvi 205
I purchased the Garmin Nuvi 205W for my parents a couple of years ago. They loved it. This prompted me to purchase the Garmin Nuvi 205 for my child while away at college. Everyone loves their device especially my child. It was easy to use and gave good clear directions.

GPS
The Garmin NUVI 205 GPS is easy to use and the maps stored in it seem very current. We have made two roundtrips since we bought it, one to North Carolina and one to Tennesse, and it worked very well. We like the feature that shows the distance to the next turn and the voice prompt for the turn. We have owned other brands and we still have an earlier model Garmin we use in another car and this one is the best yet.

Very happy Garmin GPS buyer!
I've been extemely pleased with this Garmin Nuvi GPS. It has enabled me to get around Houston without getting lost every five minutes. I can't wait to take a trip with it. I love to look for out of the way antique shops and thrift stores, but in an unfamiliar town and no local city map I have trouble locating them with just an address. Now I will have a fighting chance of finding them! I appreciate how loud the volume goes as I need to hear the directions rather than see them while I'm driving. The Garmin GPS was easy to set up and is simple to use, a plus for older folks, like this reviewer.

Garmin Nuvi GPS
I only have one problem, ( true with all GPS) you have to enter an address, some places do not have a specific address, thus my problem. I really like my Garmin Nuvi 205, works great, never got lost, easy to use. Great features. I like the size of the screen, upper corner shows you the next direction you will need to go, ahead of time so you can get in the correct lane before you get there. I'm very happy with the Garmin Nuvi 205.
