The picture is clear. Sound quality good. Surprised to receive a carrying case. Did not like the ear phones until I covered them with ear bud covers. Happy with the freedom to watch dvds anywhere. It played my picture dvd well.
When I saw "refurbished" in the description, I was a bit leery of ordering this DVD player, but after it arrived looking brand new, my concerns disappeared. This is a great little player, it's easy to use, and it has all the features we need. The wireless remote was an unexpected bonus!

I recently took my 3 children (6, 3 and 21 months) from California to South Carolina - yeah I know! We used the DVD player on the plane, in the car and whenever we had to wait . My 6 year old was able to operate the player with ease. I just wish the battery lasted longer.
