smoked when we plugged it in
Sent item back at our expense for an exchange $. After 2 weeks and 2 phone calls we found out it was out of stock at the warehouse, but no one bothered to let us know. After we called and they tracked it, we did received a refund for the item but not for our cost of mailing the return.
- How did the image on site compare with the actual product? accurate
- Was the product free of any manufacturer defects? no
- Please tell us about the quality of the product. broken latch for screen, smoked when we plugged it in.

Very disappointed
I was excited to get this, and to get some space back on my countertop. I was replacing a small 13 inch tv. I was installing this myself as I am a widow, I followed directions exactly and used the template in the package. EXTREMELY disappointed to later find the template was WRONG!! After drilling the holes, I realized I had to make my own template. Caused much wasted time!!! After FINALLY installing , was disappointed to see the picture is not clear!!! AFter the hours of work I put in, I was not about to return item.....but remain extremely disappointed.
