Awesome Device!
VERIFIED PURCHASEThis is excellent. It shows far more than our older (and smaller) Garmin. Our favorite feature is that it shows you which lane/s you need to be in to make your next turn, which is really helpful in larger cities with heavier traffic. We've only used this a few times, but it is a good product. We use ours on our dashboard, so you have to be careful where you place it, so it doesn't obstruct your view, as it is a little larger than some, but that is also helpful to see everything more easily. This unit also shows the speed limit and how fast you're going-another great feature. We had our first Garmin for years-(about 10 I think), and we expect this one to last us just as well. It has lifetime maps for all 50 states, and many more great features that I haven't mentioned or we haven't had time to explore yet. I highly recommend this product. Have a nice trip!

Voice interactive not up to par
VERIFIED PURCHASEI was a TomTom user for years and decided to try Garmin. I read a lot of reviews and decided on this model primarily due to positive reviews in the electronics magazines and my desire for a voice command feature. Overall, I liked the product but hated the voice feature... my diction is very good and the device averaged getting what I said correctly only 25% of the time. Which created way too much frustration and required too much energy. I returned it. I am considering ordering a Garmin model without the voice command feature.

Replacement for last one lost
VERIFIED PURCHASEI already had gotten one for my husband however, it was lost when we went fishing and he was devastated! It was an older model and had it for many years so he was due for an up grade, so I can't wait to see his face this Christmas! :) This is Great for multiple uses, land and water, just get one you won't regret it.

Large Screen GPS Absolutely!
