The price paid for the phones was a good value, but there are some features I don't like. The phone has background lighting for darkness, but the numbers don't like up, only the background. If you need to make a call you still have to turn the lights on. It's also very easy to hang up on someone if you happen to move the phone the wrong way or cradle it while talking (could be a good deterrent to cradling since it's bad for the neck and back, but it's still annoying to hang up on people). The buttons also don't have an "easy" feel.
