This tripod is really sharp. It comes with its own carrying sleeve which is nice to have because with a lot of tripods you have to buy this seperately. The way it all works in conjunction with a camcorder or even a digital camera is a nice feature.
What could I say about the memory card. It's a nice little extra and works quite well with a lot of digital equipment. It's cost alone is more than half of what the tripod and carrying bag are worth. It's a good buy any way you look at it and you can't go wrong for the money.
