Customer Reviews
the sound quality was a disapointment, but the video quality of the demo videos it came with were great, but i could never figure out what format my video files needed to be for them to play them on it, nothing seemed to work. i used the camera alot, it's not the greatest quality but it gets the job done. it was really easy to put misic on to it. until it boke. first it was the sound, the bass cut out on it, but it turned back on when i moved the headphones. so i opened it up and adjusted where the headphones plugged into, and i some how fixed it. then a few weeks later, the screen turned mostly white except for the writing, but when i would hold the M button half way down the screen would go back to normal as long as i was holding it half way down. and eventually even holding it down didnt do anything, but the music still played so i kept using it, until one day the screen turned all blue, and the music didnt play, nothing, then i tried turning it off and turning it back on, and it wouldn't turn on...please, save yourself the pain of having to write such a long review, and just buy yourself a brand name mp3 player.

When I received the Fuji Multi Media player I was excited, but when I tried to use it the camera and the camcorder they would not work. This Item does not come with good instructions. I got an error msg and the next thing I know all the menus are in Japanesse and I can't seem to get it back to english. So if someone sees this review and has had the same problem, please tell me how to get it back, if you know how. Then I go to load the software that comes with it and find out that some of the progamming code is missing. I am not able to upload any music and the only thing that seems to work is the FM tuner and the recorder(this is the only way I can get music on it). Needless to say it not worth the trouble or expense and I would never recommend this product to anyone for fear they will have the same problems.

the unit is a decent mp3-video player.the camera function takes forever to load and the video software isn't compatable with vista.i downloaded the vista software and it keeps reverting to the older software.

My daughter really loves it. She just have a hard time downloading her favorite music. It is not user friendly.

This was very easy to use. I gave this to my 12 year old son to navigate and he did so with ease. He loves i. Takes it everywhere he goes. Putting songs on this player was simple (drag and drop)
