Be aware that the "2-way" designation is a bit misleading. These phones only have single oversized drivers in the earbuds only, so the sound coming out of that side is stunning. BUT, the buds are very large and are probably not going to fit comfortably in most ears.
The small in-ear side is comfortable, but acoustically worthless. They are merely holes to the back side of the earbud drivers, so the sound is kind of like listening to tin cans attached to strings.
Fuji Labs also has a model that is in-ear only. The sound in those is not quite as good as the buds in these, but is still excellent and they are very comfortable.
Bottom line, these can be best described as oversize buds with an open-air design. If my ears could comfortably accommodate them, they would by far be my first choice and would have earned 5-stars across the board.

I bought these to use with my MP3 player. I have owned a number of different types of headphones, but these are by far the best ones yet! They stay in my ears while jogging, skating, climbing.... and the clarity of the sound is exceptional. I highly recommend them!!!

For the money you are paying its worth it. You can use it both ways, especially when you don't want to hear that wack music in the gym.
