The product took 20 days to reach us here in Alaska. The manual is poor. It looks like it was made by photocopying, pages together. There are no telephone or e-mail help resource listed. The Fuji-Labs website is under construction.Good product, I hope I don't have any problems.
This purchase was a gift for an anniversary. Gave the frame early and the couple scanned their wedding album to the memory card and played the pictures for the guests all evening. The images were clear and sharpe. There were many compliments thru out the evening re the photo frame. We received many thanks for this.
