I bouth this clock because my sister has one and i loved it. i was so excited to get only to find it was broke, i couldnt get the clock to work nor the the pictures to load. it is a good product but i have gone throgh the hassel of buying three of these and every single time ithe product is broke in one area or another. i give up. but i still think it is cool, when it does work properly

after returning the 1st one because the clock did not work i prompty received a replacement...which i still have not gotten to work.

The first instrument I received it didn't work. Was sent a replacement that did work but the font size for the instructions are made for ants, not people. It was difficult to follow and frustrating.

The photo frame really does look very nice, but it's a pain to put any pictures onto it, and it makes a high pitched annoying whining sound when the photo frame is on. Installing the hardware was easy, but changing any information or adding anything onto the frame was beyond challenging for me at 23; I can't imagine what my mom is going through. The directions included are a tiny software disc and a small brochure that is difficult to read since it has three languages on a tiny piece of paper. Not a bad frame, but it should have been at least ten bucks cheaper for all the hassle.
