I purchased another Fuji after my last one finally broke. Extremely disappointed. The macro doesn't work which is what I mainly use. I will probably purchase another camera because this one can't take close ups. Very hard to not get a blurry picture.
Its a nice looking camera. pics are grainy, and dark. I tried adjusting the clarity for the pics, but no good. I never knew the camera had 2 AA batteries. I never would have purchased it. I thought all newer camera came with the mini chip battery?
And I know its refurbhised and all, but i was sad that not all the accesories came with the camerea. The is not power cord to keep charging the batteries......oh well, live and learn.

we have had a Fujii (which we purchased from you 7 years ago) which was doing an okay job for our purposes. But lately, it seemed inadequate and we decided to upgrade to the 700 series. Wow! What an improvement. Cannot believe the difference in size, optical and pixels would make such a difference. We absolutely love this little camera and the pictures are unbelievably sharp, clear and vivid. We take it everywhere and take pictures of everything, from people to car parts. We feel this was an exceptional bargain for the price of this little camera and are very pleased with it. Thank you for your honest appraisal and quality purchase. We are customers for life now.

True story: I was at a friends house and had set my camera down on his coffee table(too handy). He was mad at his girlfriend and in a rage grabbed something(that something
was my Fuji) and threw it like a fast ball. It slammed into a door 20 feet away,ricocheted off a wall and bounced into a corner. Long story short....I still have that friend,because
the camera works fine!!!

The Fugi came on time in brand-new condition with all the attachments intact such as instruction booklet, cable, software, etc. The images are clear, but it is a little harder to use because it has more features to learn. Which will make for a better camera. I would buy this item again, for about one-third of the comparative digital camera when bought new.
