I purchased this to try... I figured for the price I could try it and not be out alot of money if it didn't work. This fits my zen vision M perfectly. I have had no problems with buttons being pressed while in the holder. You do have to push a bit harder to get the buttons to work..... but you are pushing through leather. Once your leather is broken in (or you get used to it) it is fine. I use my player everyday and am very pleased with this case.

Every mp3 player I purchase, I get some sort of leather casing to protect it, and I usually opt for the form-fitting ones. The weird thing is at the time of this review, there were no such cases for the Creative Zen Vision M 30GB except for the extremely expensive Vaja Classic case ($50 + $16 shipping!). Naturally, the Forza case became the choice. It's not entirely form-fitting but it's at least leathery and protective.
When I first slipped the mp3 into the Forza I was almost ready to throw it in the garbage. The problem was it was so tight that the bottom buttons were always depressed, which prevented me from being able to power up the Zen, and even when I did that the menus would go crazy. In other words, it was useless.
I took out the mp3 player, then I got a pair of pliers, stuck them across the bottom of the Forza and expanded the leather depth-wise as much as I could to ease the pressure in bottom buttons area. I slipped the mp3 back in and they were no longer depressed. I was able to power it on and use it normally. Occasionally, I have problems clicking the left-right and the Play/Pause buttons but overall it's usable.
I would recommend this just because the mp3 player is so friggin' expensive and I wanted to protect the investment.

The case is pretty but does not work well with the Zen Vision M. You cannot turn the power on, you can use your zen at all in the case. The leather is too hard. Not worth the money!

I bought this case for my Zen Vision M not sure what to expect for the price and I was pleasantly surprised how good it is. First, I had a hard time finding a case without spending all the money that Creative wanted and this one fit the bill. The case does a good job at protecting my unit, I did not find the buttons hard to push, it protects my scren, can be clipped onto my belt and the case also can act as a stand (it has a leaning function like a photo frame). What more do I need?
Buy it!
