Nice oveall camera
I bought this product for the portability and the reputation that precedes it. And I must say that I haven't been disappointed yet. It's overall measurements are smaller and lighter than my cellphone, so it easily fits in my pocket and I have it on me at all times.The picture quality is excellent in bright light conditions and grainy in low light situations but nonetheless it does record in very low light which is more than I can say for some other cameras I've owned.One complaint that I have is that the USB flip dongle does feel a little flimsy and plasticy and you must be careful not to swat it with your hand like I did, because you can potentially break the dongle. I recommended using an USB extension.Overall very satisfied with the camera. Also I would like to note that when I received my flip from overstock the product appeared to be used because of all the minor surface scratches on the finish, when I notified overstock they sent me a replacement and that one ALSO came with scratches all over it ! So either these are refurbs and overstock is not stating as so, or they are possibly being scratched during shipping - I don't know.

Love the Flip Camera!
I love this camera and Overstock had a great deal on Cyber Monday. It is so easy to use, and connects seamlessly to the computer. I just wish the screen were a bit wider, but it is the Mino, so I knew I was getting the smaller screen when I bought it. If you want a wider screen, go for the Ultra, which they now also have in HD.

easy to use, great value
camera is smaller than my cell phone, very easy to use and great value. i thought 60 min. might be too little amount of record time, but i haven't had any problems running out of time. just quickly downloads to your computer. usb cable allows you to easily view on tv.

Flip Video
This was the "large" present that I gave to my three children and their spouses this year at Christmas. They all loved it, especially my daughter-in-law who is a film director and a film professor at a major NY university. It more than met her high standards!

I LOVE my new Flip Mino! I had an Flip Ultra that I use at work and so when I saw the Mino, I thought I'd give it a go. It's AWESOME! I love the ability to create movies in just a matter of minutes. I would highly recommend this camera. Purchased the tripod, as well, and it's really handy and a great price.

Using the flip
I found that I didn't need this. Using the video mode on my Sony Camera is much better. I am actually disappointed. The window on the flip is very small and the actual view of what I recorded was small. It didn't capture the big picture.

Love it!
My husband and I recently replaced our old flip mino with the new HD version after we misplaced our old camera. The new one is fantastic, it works so easily and doesn't vary too much from our previous camera (why mess with perfection?). The only difference I can see is the HD screen, and I have a little bit of a problem with it: it seems like it is always on extreme zoom mode. You have to be much farther away from whatever it is you are recording for it to be in the shot. Other than that, this thing is awesome!
