I really like this product...even though it is one of the few screenplay software programs out there. It is pretty easy to use, it does help if you have had some experience with screenplays or have guidebooks to go with it.
It did come packaged pretty loosely in a thin envelope with very little padding or protection! I would have hoped that they would have put more care into an expensive piece of software like this.
Overall I'm pretty happy with the software, and considering that people do use this for television and movies...I think it's pretty no-fail software.
