emergency radio
compact and easy to use. On a sunny day, cranking is not needed, but the crank allows operation in any weather conditions. Haven't tried the light. I bought it as an emergency radio and its compact size makes it easy to carry and store. It provides me with the contact I might need and I don't have to rememer to bring batteries
