Very good product
I bought this to try to improve my posture while typing due to back and neck problems. This product is as advertised. Heavy duty. Made with good solid materials. Moves smoothly. Only complaint is that it is not like typing on solid surface but it would very difficult to do that at the end of a swinging arm. I am adjusting to it well. It installed easily for me. I was able to through bolt it. I would not recommend attempting it without a rock solid spot to attach it to. No sheet rock without a stud. It is a little expensive but there is no other less expensive product that I could find that swings in out / up down and has the reach that this does.
