This clock works just fine and the large bright LED numbers are easy to read from across a room. Battery allows you to unplug the clock without losing time. Easy to use and easy to set.

I bought one to try it at my bedside on the nightstand, and then bought a second one for the other nightstand. It makes no sound, has large digital readout, is easy to set, and is easy to read from a distance even if you're not looking straight on at the clock which is a big benefit. I found the brightness of the digital readout a bit much, but you don't have to have it pointed at you to read the time, so it works great. Also a good price. The only negative is that it's just plastic, but it looks pretty good, and does the job.
