Quick, Easy to use and looks good This printer has taken some time to set up. I am a 78 yr old woman who is computer literate, but not a Techie. The machine is set up for WiFi, but I do not have wifi in my apartment, so it took buying a $23 usb cable and trying to understand all the technical crap about connecting to my old computer. Once connected however, it runs well and gives clear, clean printing. I use it primarily for printing manuscript files, so don't know how it would work with printing photos, which it is supposed to do well. I will try that when I have a chance. I would think that this printer is a good machine for a small office with a lot of paperwork to print out. Also has a fax connection which I wouldn't use.
