It's a fairly decent machine with some glitches. Short battery life (why manufacturers stress so much on reduced thickness when an extra tenth of an inch could probably give double battery life? The device will likely sit on a desk most of the times playing music...). The wi-fi is unreliable and doesn't connect automatically after going to sleep, and it takes a long time to connect. When connected to an amplifier while charging and it goes to sleep it'll produce a noise in the speakers (I haven't tried it with headphones and I'm not sure I will....) . The screen freezes and doesn't rotate until you reboot it. I mostly use it to play music and Pandora so it's OK but I'll probably return it and get a better device that I can use for other purposes. Must admit it's decently fast. Buy it if on a tight budget, don't if you can afford the extra $100 for a Nexus 7 and similar.
