Very uncomfortable
This headset is very uncomfortable to wear if you wear glasses. The sound quality was only so-so, very tinny. My biggest problem with the item was the packaging. I had an awful time trying to get the headset out and also had problems getting it back into the package to return it.

product great ... customer service not.
The usb cord is specific only to this product so if you loose it, you will be hardpressed to find another. This happened to my roommate and he has called and emailed customer service all to no avail. the product may be awesome but you can't reach the company for anything. they do not return calls or answer emails. I am currently STILL trying to purchase another usb cord.

Good hands free/ wire free headset!!
Good solid design, sounds good but needs a little bit more bass. That's the only reason why I couldn't give this product a 5 star.

Great for the price
These work great and can't complain because of the price. Things to note, -it uses a proprietary plug so don't lose your usb cable (wish it used the standard mini or micro usb). -The ear phone will pop out of your ear. Not a problem in normal use. But if you use it in a loud area, the earphones will just sit in your ear and not create a full seal.
