I bought this to replace my charger for a Toshiba Satellite A105-S66. I couldn't get it to work. This has too much voltage for my laptop. Therefore, every time I would plug it in, it would shut off because it would short out the computer. As far as the retractable portion of this...it was tangled when it arrived and wouldn't pull out. Took me about a 1/2 hour to unwrap it. However, I am always happy with Overstock's products. I didn't look at the voltage ahead of time so it was my fault....nothing on the part of Overstock! You get what you pay for!

this cord works great for every laptop i have tried it on, i have not had any problems with it yet, and ive had it for about 4 weeks now. although the cord it self is a bit thin but it works well for the retraction.

I bought this for my older teen-age daughter. She is thrilled with its ease of use, functionality (such as the retractable cord and multiple jacks), portability, and quality. For under $30.00, this was a terrific bargain!

As I put in the title. Good Product! I know that I have shopped around for a year or so for an AC Adapter for my Laptop but really didn't feel like spending $120 for a 12-Pin Universal Adapter Cord that I needed for my Laptop. But, I am satisfied with this product. There are no regrets on my end so far. It does what I need it to do.

I was in need for a new powercord for my laptop, I found this one and thought for that price I could give it a try. I am very much satisfied with this product the connections where exactley right, also the retractable cord it great for a laptop.Overstock customer service is also exelent and very helpfull it you have questions.

I purchased this charger for my HP computer and my daughter's Ibm Thinkpad computer and was able to use the universal prongs that they provided. They fit perfectly. However, the complaint I have with it, is that it pulls off very easily where you connect the cord with the prong and this is aggravating whenever you move your computer slightly. I even tried taping it, but that didn't work so well...The other thing is that the cord gets tangled inside where it retracts into and you have to stop and pull it really hard to get it to come back out. But, other than that , it does the job and for the price it is worth the money. At this time I couldn't afford to buy the more expensive models.

Well I got my moneys worth. I used it on my HP Pavilion laptop and it worked/charged just fine. No time wasted trying to coil it up when I'm on the go. I'm sooo glad I didn't have to spend $80+ on a replacement from HP!

So far excellent! I like it better then the original one, The retractable makes it easier to use and store away.

I searched all over for a battery charger for my Toshiba Laptop and refused to pay $75 and up for it. I found this one on Overstock for a great price of less than $30 and it works great! I would highly recommend.

I have a Dell laptop and the cord was no longer working. I ordered this to replace it and it wasn't powerful enough for my laptop. It does have a lot of attachments for other items, which I haven't tried, and may work on them, but I bought it for the laptop and was very disappointed.
