I got this as a birthday present after my last MP3 player finally gave out and I love it. It was a little difficult to use at first, but i think it was mostly because the MP3 player I used before had only the most basic features. My advice is to read the manual on the disc that comes with this at least twice before you try to do anything with it.

I dont like this product at all. The instruction manual is not good and does not explain everything clearly. I cant download songs worth anything. I hate this MP3 player.

I have not opened the MP3 player. It is a Christmas gift. However, I am satisfied with the look and packaging. I think my neice will be overjoyed at being the proud owner of such purchase.

This product is basic, and expectations of its features should be minimal. It plays music well, and the quality of play-back is good. The "features" are difficult to navigate. The Eclipse 11 is a low-priced way to enjoy music. It suits my simple needs, and meets my expectations . I am pleased with the product, however those who what more performance in the features might become frustrated.

Wish I would have spent a little more and gotten a Sansa. This was a gift for a child but it is hard to navigate, comes with virtually no instructions, and the build quality is so cheap I expect it to be broken in a matter of months.
