Broke After 7 months
This item performed very good initially. The movement of the screen was very smooth and quite. Noticed a slight curling in of the edges after several months. A gear broke after 7 months and the item had to be returned at a cost of $64 (for an item that cost $***) out of my pocket for repair/replacement. Would not recommend purchase based on poor quality inner parts. Could have lived with the curl. GRM
- How did the image on site compare with the actual product? Great
- Was the product free of any manufacturer defects? Outer cover had a slight dent from shippin. Too much hassle to return such a large item. Did not impact function and screen was hidden when not in use.
- Please tell us about the quality of the product. Initially very good. A gear broke after 7 months and the item had to be returned.

Wrong Item , Long Process
I had inquired about the color of the case and was told it was 100% white. Waited three days just to get this info. The item came and it was black. Total bummer. The picture on the site was also white. Return and refund process was expedited due to wrong info being given.
- How did the image on site compare with the actual product? It was not the depicted add item nor did customer service find out accurate color from warehouse before delivery
