1st, the thing is HUGE! 80 inches is really, really big. I think 60 or 70 inches would have suited us fine. We use the projector in our living room and would have to put the projector 8 feet away from teh screen to fill up the full 80 inches. For use in home. it's just too large. It's also very heavy (about 25 lbs). Because we hung it from our not so sturdy walls with some hooks,. I'm scared to retract the screen (you have to pull down to get it to go up). I've tried, but you must have to pull preety hand to get it to go because i have to been able to get it to retract. Get the on en the tri pod. it's ugly to have this black stripe across your wall or roof anywasy. Plus, you don't need the screen out all the time.
