Everything not included to hook it up.
All of the necessary hardware to hook up the tv wasn't included. When putting it in the stand it tilts downward, the only position it has. It would be okay if you were going to put it high up close to the ceiling as in a kitchen mount or over a dining area where it tilted down to view. But we had to buy a wall mount for it rather than sit it on the counter. The tv itself is okay, but the mount isn't good.
