At least it charges
Like others, I couldn't get this to hotsync with my Centro, just charge. But in 2012, the options are limited, so this is quasi-passable.
- How did the image on site compare with the actual product? Good

Highly recommend
My main need was for a usb cable to connect the treo to a computer. The car and room charger were an added value. It works like a charm.

Palm Tungsten
I cannot get the Palm to hotsync with the PC, I am not certain if it is software or hardware. I have found on a blog that there may be more software needed than the Palm desktop software to make the hotsync connection. I have no way to verify the cable works, so I am uncertain what my problem is. Price was good, delivery great.
