Versitile
This is a great product...allows partner and me to charge phones at the same time or a phone and an ipod. Anything that requires a usb. The only thing I would have liked is if it came or O carried usb cables . I don' t want to remove mine and take to the car so I bought separately two extras. Well worth it. Great idea!

usb 12v charger works when needed.
This 12volt usb charger will work as expected. Plug into your auto's 12v socket/plug in the usb cord to the device you wish to power. Nothing else to say other than I wonder what the life expectancy will be?

Works great!
I bought this to be able to keep my MP3 player charged in the car. We like to listen to audiobooks while traveling. So far it is doing what it was made for. I can also charge my phone with it.

It doesn's work
I would like to return the car charger but the yellow piece of paper that came with it and your web site are not the same. I could not find the returns and order issues link on your web site. Can you help me to return this item? Thanks ALBeschman

Like the light, but slips out of outlet a lot
While the charger works fine, it doesn't stay set in the car outlet very well. I'm constantly having to make sure it's set down in the outlet, as it will slip out and stop charging while i'm driving. On several occasions where I've had my phone plugged in, thinking it was charging, it actually wasn't charging because the charger had slipped out of the outlet. I do like the cool blue led light that tells me when it is plugged in and ready for charging.

Described product is exactly same w/o any manufacture defects. It's great to have two USB port for charging in the car is very convenient...So far I have it for a week and have no problem...and the price is good for this product...
