As soon as I hooked it up, all of these error message appeared, listing everything that was "missing". I'm sending it back for a full refund and will look around for a better product.

  • my laptop only has an hdmi port. What adapter do I need to connect the dvi male provided to an hdmi port? Is it possible to get a splitter to use both monitors thru my one hdmi port? Otherwise the dual monitors are of no use to me. Am I thinking correctly? Also I'm running windows 10
