This is a nice unit with an indicator light when power is applied. Socket quality is very good. Plastic covering is somewhat fragile but ok if not dropped on cement. Metal components are solid. I didn't realize that 12V outlets varied in size and this unit's male end may be too narrow for some. Does not swivel so sticks out a bit far with devices attached. Overall, this is a good value. Kudos to O.com's customer service.

I purchased this to be able to charge my cell phone and listen to my ipod. Turns out my daughter liked it so much I had to get another. I did go for the three adapter and the usb charger the second time around. Recommend that as well!

I purchased this to plug in the Garmin I ordered from O. Now I can plug in my Garmin and also another item in my car. It works great, take up hardly any room. Great value too.

We looked all over our area for this same type socket and couldn't find it anywhere... and when we finally did locate it, it was more expensive. This is a great value and the price was right. If you need it, get it from Overstock.

This little adapter is very handy and extremely useful to have in my car ... I can now run my GPS and charge my phone at the same time and it doesn't take up much room ... good purchace ... thanks Overstock.com

This unit will not stay plugged into the cigarette socket. My radar detector never fell out but this unit slides out and looses the connection and then after some more vibration, falls completely out.

If you have xx items to plug in your cars cigarette lighter/ power port and only x places to plug them in this item is handy. It converts a single lighter/power port into a dual outlet, works as claimed - and fits where it must without being intrusive.

Works as it should. May create problems by pushing other plugs into cabin space. It interferes with my shifting gears if I'm not very careful.
